To manage all the administration and reports related work, we are using Customized Enterprise Resource Planning Tool. Here we manage Admissions, Departments, Payroll, Attendance, Library, Fees, Events etc. modules by ERP.
Student safety in school premises is a major concern for parents as well as school authorities. With the growing crime against children and reports of brutal incidents within school premises, strong measures need to be taken to ensure that every child is safe within the school at all times.
Parents can get their ward information through mobile App information like Attendance, Exam, Assignment, Notification, Events, fees & Top Students can be shown to parents anywhere any-time on their mobile devices.

The moment parents see their children off to the school bus, they are anxious for the safety of their child while he/she is away from them. The GPS-tracking installed in Epathshala’s school buses further enables real-time tracking of the buses to keep their worry at bay.

 “Learning is a collaborative process and cannot be confined to the classroom alone. The child must continue learning at home. For this to happen, the teacher, the parent and the student must be on the same continuum of learning. Our intent of creating Epathshala School Assist App was to build a platform for our teachers, parents and students to connect, collaborate and learn.

Epathshala provides 360 degree camera surveillance and guard facility to protect from any kind of threat. Parents are also at peace since they are constantly updated about their child’s safety.

When any person comes to pick any child from school, OTP’s will be sent to parents registered numbers and that person will be asked and confirmed the same from parent. Only after confirmation he will be allowed to take the child out of the school premises.

Our campus is fully enabled with Wi-Fi for Student, Teachers and Parents. Wi-fi enables new educational practices to emerge because access to the internet becomes ubiquitous. When access to unlimited resources becomes available anytime.

It allows students to access eLearning content features like ePaper and updates available on server.
